In addition to our machinery division, Kaushico also operates a fully equipped sheet metal component unit, producing precision components for leading brands like Maruti and several other automotive and electrical manufacturers through Kaushico and also through our Joint Venture Company “VeeGee Kaushico Engineering Pvt. Ltd.”.

Mr. R.S. Sharma – Founder & Director
A true visionary and industry pioneer, Mr. R.S. Sharma established Kaushico in 1971 with a mission to deliver world-class mechanical power presses to Indian manufacturers. With over 50 years of engineering experience, his deep technical knowledge and unwavering commitment to quality laid the foundation for the company’s strong reputation. Even today, Mr. Sharma plays an active role in shaping Kaushico’s direction, upholding the values of precision, integrity, and long-term customer trust.
Mr. Mridul Sharma – Managing Director
The son of the founder, Mr. Mridul Sharma brings a new generation of energy, strategic insight, and modernization to the company. Under his leadership, Kaushico has embraced advanced technologies, expanded production capabilities, and strengthened relationships with top OEMs and industry players. He continues to build on his father’s legacy while driving the company toward innovation, growth, and global competitiveness.
